Gavin graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. He brings over 13 years of experience working across a wide range of environments, supporting everyone from amateur enthusiasts to professional athletes and members of the general public.

He has been involved with several professional sports organisations, including Barbarians FC, Ospreys Rugby, Dragons RFC, Wales Men’s age-grade teams, Cardiff City FC Academy, and Gloucester Rugby Academy. Gavin currently serves as the Lead Physiotherapist for Swim Wales.

Throughout his career in both professional sport and the private sector, Gavin has built extensive expertise in managing and treating complex musculoskeletal conditions.
